Data we collect

RekodJa uses Google sign-in for authentication only. We collect your Google email address, name and profile picture to identify your account.

Google Sheets

If you connect a Google Sheet, we request access only to the specific file you select (Google Picker, drive.file scope). We read and write job application data in that sheet so your tracker stays in sync.

Gmail scan (optional)

If you start a Gmail scan, we request read-only access to your Gmail (gmail.readonly scope) to find application-related emails from the last 45 days. We read message headers, snippets and relevant body text to suggest applications and statuses. We never send, delete, or modify email. Scan suggestions are stored in our database until you confirm or dismiss them.

Data storage

Your profile, job applications, events and import issues are stored in our Supabase database. Each user can only access their own data.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Data is processed by Google (authentication, Sheets) and Supabase (database) to operate the service.

Deletion

You can delete your account and all stored data at any time from Settings → Delete account. Deleting the app removes our record of your account, but does not delete anything in your own Google account.
